1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the efabet online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at efabet.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the efabet Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on efabet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Identity verification (KYC): efabet is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. • All transactions must be conducted using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
• efabet reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected. efabet will endeavor to process approved withdrawals promptly.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

efabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and may be subject to expiry periods. Unused bonus funds that expire will be forfeited.

• efabet reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the efabet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to efabet immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information to efabet at any time, including during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward efabet staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the efabet Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of efabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of efabet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, efabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

efabet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. efabet will use reasonable endeavors to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit efabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

efabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with the responsible gaming framework established by PAGCOR. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time.
• Players may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent access to the Platform for the duration specified.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct .
• Suspected use of prohibited software or collusion with other players.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The player's own request to close their account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, efabet reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting efabet customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.

11. Dispute Resolution

With respect to disputes concerning the outcome of any game, the records maintained by efabet's gaming system shall be the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on your device and the records held by efabet's servers, the server records shall prevail.

efabet's decision on all disputes shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

efabet operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

efabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, efabet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
